Deadlines
Failure to complete the online waiver process by the dates below will result in the student being automatically enrolled in the school health insurance plan, and the applicable premium remaining on the student's account.
Waiver Deadline
- October 4, 2011 – for students whose academic year begins in August 2011.
- The Spring 2012 waiver deadline for NEW Spring students is February 7, 2012. The on-line waiver window for Spring 2012 is open as of December 8, 2011.
Domestic Student Insurance Waiver
Dependent Enrollment Deadline
- The Aetna (Domestic) Dependent Fall Semester enrollment deadline is October 4, 2011.
