Spring 2010 Comments    Enrollment Open Enrollment available until 2/16/10 for new Spring Semester students only. Enrollment forms must be submitted directly to the Student Medical Insurance Office. Returning students who need an off cycle enrollment need to submit prior insurance coverage information with term date stated. Life altering events qualify for a pro-rated enrollment throughout the year.    Waiver  Deadline - 2/16/10
